I've experienced a huge life shift and I've experienced some profound things.

I have lived small, quiet, boxed in, and limited.

Now I run multiple businesses, am an author, speaker, and coach... and my life is simply astonishing!

Seven years ago, I began a journey to self-discovery and healing. I was experiencing dramatic emotional meltdowns due to family trauma. When I was introduced to doTERRA Essential Oils and experienced a dramatic shift in my daughter’s long-time respiratory issue and my own emotional meltdowns, my view rapidly expanded on the power of whole-body holistic selfcare.

I used to feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and very stressed. But I was shown how easy it is to give your body the simple, natural tools it needs to thrive. Now I'm a Certified Essential Oil Specialist with doTERRA, focusing on empowering you to uplevel your wellness lifestyle so you can experience a vibrant, energetic life. I started out screaming into pillows in my closet. So, I began studying neuroscience and our emotions and learned a simple but powerful three step process to manage emotions. So, I wrote an easy to digest book called "When Emotions Erupt: Three steps to Shift Your State". It's all about this process and now I offer speaking engagements to teach others how to do it instantly.
